Get to the Point and get ready for Purchase.
Marketing is often full of jargon and specialised vocabulary. All hiding what is often common sense. Textbooks will point you towards the 4Ps, the 5Ps or the 7Ps of marketing mix. Spend an hour on google and you’ll find lists of words starting with P, but how can you apply them to your business?

We believe there are 4/5Ps that you can pull out of these lists and apply them to your marketing messaging. Problem, Promise/Premise, Proof and Price. Think about these 4 aspects when writing any copy or producing any document aimed at supporting sales and you have a simple framework to work from.

Once you understand these 4 fundamentals you can order them and create a powerful and succinct 60 second pitch. If you can tell someone what you do in 60 seconds then you have the basis of your messaging for your website – the average time a user spends on a website is 50 – 60 seconds – you don’t have much time to capture someone’s attention.

Should you grow your business to the point you are considering investment, you’ll need to develop a Pitch Deck, we’re quite unique as an agency that we have a lot of experience in building Pitch Decks for clients. At this point we add Premise to the mix, your premise is your mission or vision – your premise is your why. Why are you in business, what difference do you want to make?
Summit’s why is to change the way we all do business by putting people first.
So what’s the next step? How do you target these fundamentals that you have now established?
At Summit we can help you understand how to focus your marketing. The next step we recommend is to identify your Dream Buyer – without fully understanding who you are targeting, your message may not land or reach the right people.
