SUMMIT is a young company with long experience behind it. Formed two years ago, it brought together two established businesses that had already spent years helping leaders grow their organisations.

Forward Thinking focused on business coaching and leadership mentoring, delivered through a franchise model. It worked closely with owners and leadership teams to clarify direction, strengthen accountability, and build momentum.
Latitude Marketing was a full-service marketing agency. It helped businesses define their position, shape their brand, and bring their message to market in a way that created traction.
Independently, both businesses delivered structured support for growth.
They were solving different parts of the same problem.
Forward Thinking repeatedly saw that many growth challenges weren’t purely leadership issues. They were rooted in positioning, messaging, and how the business showed up in the market.
Latitude Marketing saw the reverse. Strong marketing couldn’t compensate for unclear direction, misaligned leadership, or blurred ownership at the top of the business.

Bringing them under one roof wasn’t a reinvention. It was a logical evolution. SUMMIT was created to remove the gap between thinking and execution.
